About the Organisation
Shivansh Vaishnavi Special People Foundation (SVSPF) is a not-for-profit Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with the sole objective of carrying out charitable activities for the benefit of the general public and particularly the weaker and disadvantaged sections of society.
The Foundation has been established with a vision to work for the welfare, empowerment and upliftment of specially-abled persons, children, economically weaker sections, women, senior citizens and other deserving members of society. The Foundation believes in promoting equal opportunities, dignity, education, healthcare and sustainable development through charitable initiatives and public welfare programmes.
The income and property of the Foundation are applied solely towards its charitable objects, and no portion of its income or assets is distributed to any member, director or office bearer by way of profit or dividend.

Our Vision
The Foundation intends to expand its charitable activities across different regions by collaborating with volunteers, educational institutions, healthcare professionals, government agencies and philanthropic organisations.
The long-term objective of the Foundation is to create sustainable programmes that improve the quality of life of specially-abled persons and economically weaker sections of society through education, healthcare, skill development and community welfare.
All activities of the Foundation are carried out strictly in accordance with its Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and applicable statutory provisions.
