We are on a mission to provide quality education and care to young learners, and we’re looking for a passionate Play School Teacher to join our team.

Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Play School Teacher at SVSPF Kids Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, and fostering social and emotional development in children aged 2 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic child development.
  2. Classroom Management: Create a safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to active learning and play.
  3. Individualized Learning: Identify and address the unique needs of each child, providing support and enrichment as necessary.
  4. Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing insights into children’s progress and development.
  5. Child Development: Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through interactive and creative teaching methods.
  6. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate and track each child’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  7. Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Play School Teacher or a similar role.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing personality.
