Job Overview: SVSPF is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fundraiser to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. The Fundraiser will play a pivotal role in securing funds that are crucial for sustaining and expanding our initiatives, ultimately improving the lives of individuals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the financial requirements of SVSPF’s programs and projects.
• Identify, engage, and nurture potential donors, sponsors, and partners, establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with them.
• Conceptualize and implement compelling fundraising campaigns and activities to engage individuals, corporations, and institutions.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, both online and offline, to raise awareness and funds for SVSPF’s endeavors.
• Collaborate closely with the communications team to create impactful content for fundraising materials, including appeals, emails, social media content, and newsletters.
• Track and report on fundraising progress, analyze the effectiveness of different approaches, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve fundraising targets.
• Stay informed about fundraising trends, ethical practices, and relevant legal regulations to ensure responsible and compliant fundraising efforts.
• Maintain accurate donor databases, ensuring that records of contributions and donor interactions are up-to-date.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential donors, effectively communicating SVSPF’s mission, programs, and impact.
• Work in tandem with other teams within the organization to align fundraising efforts with the overall mission and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Nonprofit Management, Communication, etc.); a Master’s degree would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in fundraising, with a demonstrated ability to secure funds from diverse sources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with fundraising techniques, strategies, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using fundraising platforms, donor management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Capacity to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
